La Villa is an elegant Renaissance-inspired retreat set in the peaceful seaside village of Trsteno, just a short distance from Dubrovnik. Surrounded by laurel and cypress trees, the estate overlooks the stunning Elaphiti Islands and sits directly above the historic Arboretum Trsteno, one of the oldest botanical gardens in the region. The location combines natural beauty, cultural heritage, and complete privacy, making it ideal for both relaxing holidays and intimate celebrations.

The property spans approximately 1,500 m² of cascading grounds, with 400 m² of refined interior living space spread across multiple levels.
