Villa Lily is part of an exclusive beachfront resort in Privlaka, near Zadar. The resort consists of 10 modern white-and-blue villas that together can accommodate up to 82 guests across 41 bedrooms, making it an excellent option for larger groups, retreats, or multi-family holidays.

Each villa features its own private outdoor space, ensuring a good balance between social areas and privacy. The villas are located just a few meters from a sandy beach and offer beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands.

Villa Lily itself includes a private freshwater swimming pool, a stylish interior design, and a layout ideal for comfortable group stays. It combines modern living spaces with a relaxed coastal atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Walkthrough

On the ground floor, the villa offers a bright open-plan living area with a TV lounge, a dining space surrounded by large glass windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct sea views. This level also includes a bathroom, making it convenient for shared living.

The outdoor area connects seamlessly with the interior, allowing guests to move easily between the living space, the terrace, and the private pool area—ideal for relaxing or enjoying sunset views.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one comfortable en-suite bedroom and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. These rooms are designed for comfort and practicality, making them suitable for families or small groups.

The second floor features the main bedroom with a private bathroom and a terrace offering elevated sea views. One of the bedrooms includes bunk beds, making the villa suitable for children as well.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden area, multiple terraces with sea views, and a private swimming pool equipped with a solar shower. The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation, social gatherings, and long summer evenings by the sea.
