The Villa Mokro II offers a luxurious retreat just a short drive from Makarska, surrounded by the stunning Croatian coastline, crystal-clear sea, and breathtaking natural landscapes, including nearby islands such as Brač and Hvar. The location provides the perfect combination of privacy, tranquility, and easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

The estate features four identical villas, each approximately 150 m² and designed to provide a comfortable and private experience. Upon entering each villa, guests are welcomed by a bright, open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking, dining, or socializing. Each villa includes two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, along with an additional toilet, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for up to five guests per villa.

Outside, the four villas share a sparkling swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m. A children’s playground and terraces with garden furniture enhance the outdoor experience, while convenient parking is available on site. These villas can be rented individually or together as a group, offering flexibility for both small and larger parties. Optional services include breakfast, extra meals, food delivery, massage services, daily cleaning, bed linen changes, and daily towel replacement.
