Villa Toni spans 350 m² of interior living space and 120 m² of outdoor areas, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The property includes a private garage with two parking spaces and terraces that cascade down the hillside towards the sea.

The centerpiece of the villa is its expansive stone terrace featuring an 8 x 3.5-meter swimming pool with Jacuzzi, comfortable lounge areas, and spectacular views over the bay. Adjacent to the main living area, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining space provide the perfect setting for al fresco meals surrounded by olive and carob trees.
