Upon entering the property, guests arrive at a fully enclosed and private estate designed to ensure comfort and exclusivity. The outdoor area immediately sets the tone for a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring an impressive infinity heated swimming pool with saltwater, surrounded by sun loungers and open views. Next to the pool, a spacious terrace unfolds with an outdoor dining area for up to 12 guests, a lounge seating corner, a wood-fired barbecue, and a jacuzzi, creating an ideal space for social gatherings or peaceful evenings outdoors. From this level, steps lead down through landscaped areas with artificial grass and greenery directly to the pebble beach and seaside promenade, where a private pier adds an extra touch of exclusivity.

The interior of the villa opens through large sliding glass doors that seamlessly connect the outdoor and indoor living spaces. The ground floor is bright and open-plan, designed for both relaxation and togetherness. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping quarters continue to offer privacy and comfort. The master bedroom stands out with its king-size bed, balcony access, and a bathtub positioned within the room itself, complemented by an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sinks, and wardrobe space. Another bedroom on this floor features two beds, a private en-suite bathroom, and a cosy seating area with TV, while an additional bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe completes the main sleeping area. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available on this level for guest convenience.

For additional flexibility, a separate annex next to the villa provides extra accommodation, featuring a sofa bed suitable for two guests, a small kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower and sink, making it ideal for guests seeking more independence or privacy.
