Built in the 19th century and set on top of a hill, Villa Acropolis offers a true paradise for hedonists. Located in the heart of Istria, it is surrounded by breathtaking nature, olive groves, and vineyards.

The estate consists of two buildings: a main villa and a guest house, connected by a shared outdoor area.

Together, the property can accommodate up to 16 guests. The estate spans over 20,000 m², while the total living space covers 950 m². The main villa extends over four floors and accommodates up to 10 guests. The guest house provides additional privacy and comfort, featuring a shared living room, three bedrooms, several terraces, and stunning panoramic views.

During the renovation, preserving the original character and history of the house was a top priority. For this reason, only local stone and wood were used, respecting the centuries-old heritage. The result is a blend of Mediterranean architecture with rustic and modern interior design, complemented by features such as a wine cellar, private cinema, and more.

From the moment you arrive, you will be impressed by the natural surroundings and the beauty of the villa itself. While the interiors offer elegance and comfort, the true highlight of Villa Acropolis is its outdoor living space.

In the courtyard, guests can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, set privately among lush gardens. The summer terrace features a covered outdoor fireplace, cocktail bar, and a large dining table for up to 20 guests.

For guests seeking a more active stay, the villa offers a private fitness and wellness area, as well as a sports court suitable for tennis, basketball, and football. Culinary enthusiasts can enjoy cooking classes, as well as wine and olive oil tastings.

The surrounding area is ideal for walking and cycling, with scenic roads leading to nearby historic towns waiting to be explored.

This region is known for its Mediterranean climate and exceptional gastronomy, making Villa Acropolis an ideal destination year-round.

The price includes a butler, chef, maid, and gardener, as well as daily breakfast and hot drinks (coffee and tea). It also includes towel and bed linen changes twice per week, tourist tax, bicycle use, access to the swimming pool, fitness and gym facilities, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning.
