Villa Natalia is a luxurious, modern seafront retreat set in a peaceful, natural environment near Brzet beach, just 1.5 km from the charming town of Omiš. Perfectly positioned between Split and Makarska, the villa offers an ideal base for exploring the stunning Dalmatian coastline while enjoying complete privacy and comfort.

Spanning 280 m², the villa combines elegant design with high-end amenities to create a relaxing and exclusive holiday experience. It features four spacious king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV, and breathtaking sea views. One of the bedrooms also includes a private terrace with a lounge area for added comfort and privacy.

The lower ground floor offers a wellness and fitness zone with a gym, sauna, bathroom, and an additional smaller bedroom with a sofa bed. The ground floor is designed for social living, featuring an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open to spectacular sea views and outdoor dining space.
